HDF – High Density Fiberboard
HDF is a type of fibreboard that’s nearly identical to Masonite, but with two smooth surfaces.
HDF stands for “high-density fibreboard” and is quite similar to Masonite. Unlike Masonite, though, HDF has two smooth sides instead of only one. The density and possible applications are the same. HDF sheets can easily be used as bases on pallets and in boxes.
